Exhibiting Terms and Conditions

The exhibitor/sponsor assumes the entire responsibility for losses, damages and claims arising out of the exhibitor activities on the premises of the Albany Capital Center and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless HPA, the Albany Capital Center, their agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
